There's nothing to return yet. This is the position we're building the drop around, and the exact terms get published here before anything goes on sale.
The window
Unworn, tags on, in the state it arrived — you'll have a clear window from delivery to send it back. The exact number of days is confirmed before launch.
Wrong size
Exchanges for a different size in the same piece, subject to what's left of the run. Use the Fit Room first — it exists so fewer people have to do this.
Faults
If a piece arrives with a fault, we replace or refund it and we cover the postage. No arguing over a dropped stitch.
What we won't do
No restocking fees, no store-credit-only refunds, no hiding the policy behind small print. Your statutory rights sit on top of all of this.
